HOW TO USE?

At nighttime only, after cleansing your face, on dry skin, apply a dime size amount to finger and massage gently to affected areas.

Use twice a week for the first month, skipping atleast 2 days or more in between each use. Then the 2nd month and onwards, start to apply every night after you cleanse your face.
